Get the benefits of yin yoga and assisted stretching, combined with the grounding touch of Thai Massage. This clothed massage will include assisted stretching, fascial rocking, more dynamic massage techniques and optional therapeutic flying.

Getting upside-down will improve focus, balance and spatial awareness as well as being an amazing practice to strengthen the upper body and core. There are so many ways to get inverted from a downward dog through cartwheels and into handstands the sky's the limit… for your feet.

This practice incorporates long held stretches, breath work and mindfulness techniques to support you to become the most relaxed and allow your nervous system to slow down and shift from fight or flight to rest and digest.
